Excursions

Excursions in the beautiful local region around  DAR SIDI BOUNOU  by Camel to the quiet dunes and palmeries,  the 800 year old Berber Kasbah at Bounou or the Lake and Neolithic  sites at Tidri  can be made direct  from DSB  with our local guides, for a few hours or a few days as you require. The camels carry the tents, cooking equipment and everything necessary and you can ride or walk as you wish. The guides will  set up the camp as the sun goes down, cook a delicious meal on the campfire and after make some music while you relax and watch the stars or join in the drumming.   . Excursions by 4x4 to bivouacs in more distant destinations like the Sacred Oasis, Erg Ezahar or Erg Chagaga ,  local walking  tours and mountain trekking with mules can also be arranged
